Vending Machines: Machines purchased from www.VendorsEquipment.com are sold with a THIRTY DAY PARTS WARRANTY. This warranty begins on day machine is shipped.
-Machine purchases whether new or used may take up to a month to get ready. Please let us know when order is placed if you need your machine within a certain time period.
-Parts warranty covers any part of the machine sold which is found to be defective or needs replacement.
-No machine sales include service, and it is the buyers' responsibility to replace defective parts within the warranty period if necessary.
-We are not responsible for providing technical support on any used machines or parts.
-Setup is not included, or offered on used machines.
-New machines carry the manufacturers' warranty which is detailed in item description and upheld by the manufacturer.
-All machine/equipment sales are FINAL.
-If machines are purchased in "AS IS" condition, the warranty does not apply, and will not be honored by Vendor's Equipment.
-Used machines are shipped out COLLECT FREIGHT. Freight is not included in cost of machine. It is customer's responsibility to pay freight when machine is delivered.
-Vendor's Equipment is not responsible for damages to machines during shipping, claims must go through the freight company.
-Any machine sales cancelled without 24 hours PRIOR notification are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 dollars.
-Some machine orders can take up to 4 weeks to get ready to ship. Please let us know if you need your machine within a certain time and we will do our best to accomodate.
Parts: Parts purchased from www.Vendorsequipment.com come with warranty stated in item description. New items are under warranty by the manufacturer, not Vendor's Equipment Inc.
-We are NOT responsible for shipping charges if an item needs to be replaced within the warranty period, or if item is damaged during shipment.
-Items purchased by International buyers are covered by warranty, but it is buyers responsibility to cover any and all shipping costs associated with purchase or exchange of items under warranty.
-Shelves: Due to the size and difficulty of shipping Used Shelves, we are not in any way responsible for damage done to item during shipment. Claims must be processed through shipper.
-Most orders placed on Vendors Equipments website are in stock and ready to ship. Items not in stock are shipped from one of our other locations, and may need more time to process.
-There are No Returns on Parts Purchases.
-Owners manual & Parts purchases are ABSOLUTE & FINAL. We will not respond to emails or phone calls regarding refunds on any of our owners manuals. This includes any programming, technical support, parts, or instruction manuals we sell as part of our "Owners Manual" category. Owners manuals are emailed at completion of sale DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OF (9:30AM-5PM EASTERN MON-FRI).
-If customers need items sooner, simply request via email when order is placed, and we will do our best to accommodate. Standard shipping time is 7 business days.
-Any returns must have a Return Authorization number to be accepted.
Parts Exchange: items processed as "parts exchange" may take up to three months to receive core credits once items are received. Core money will not be refunded if a unit is deemed "unrepairable". Control board exchanges take longer for credits to be applied due to the repair time. We are Not Responsible for shipping "unrepairable" units back to customers. We typically discard unrepairable units.
-Customers have 60 days to send us defective unit from date purchase is made. If defective unit is not received core money will not be refunded.
Cleaning Products Sales are Final. These items include any/all Zep, Wildcat, & Simple Green Products. No Returns Accepted. Expedited shipping is not available for cleaning products.
Cleaning Cards: All Purchases are Final. This includes any and every item listed under out "Cleaning Cards" category.
New Items: New items purchased from www.vendorsequipment.com
are covered by the Manufacturers Warranty. New item returns are not accepted unless manufacturer and www.vendorsequipment.com
is merely acting as an agent on behalf of the manufacturer and will not directly warranty items under our company warranty. Warranty issues are discussed directly between the manufacturer and the customer. If a factory advertised warranty on our site is not accurate with the current warranty of the manufacturer we are not responsible for any sort of compensation. If a new item needs to be returned, and is authorized by the manufacturer & www.vendorsequipment.com
, a 40% restocking fee will apply. As previously stated Not All New Items are returnable.
reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. Due to the nature of the current business climate many of the manufacturers we represent may experience shortages of inventory, as well as unexpected price increases. We maintain the right to cancel orders affected by situations beyond our control at any time.
Lock Purchases are Final. There are NO RETURNS or REIMBURSEMENTS
Flat Rate Shipping Charges: apply only to items shipped inside Continental United States. Orders outside are subject to additional shipping charges. Flat rate shipping charges are based Per Item unless item is offered in quantity package. *The term Continental United States does not include Hawaii which is a group of islands, or Alaska, which is separated from the other states by Canada. Orders from these states are subject to higher shipping charges.
Cancellation of orders will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of orders that have already shipped will result in a 40% restocking fee.
Further Credit Card Verification may be required for orders over $500 dollars by new customers.
Additional warranty period on vending machines can be purchased at time of sale, but needs to be discussed with salesperson.
